On October 21st I received an email that shops would be available from Asset/Corporate Risk Solutions. I filled out the information that I might be interested in future shops and gave them my information. It stated in the email that this did not mean you got the shop/ shops, just to apply for future shops in my area. I did not know what the shop was, how much I got paid or when they would be available.
On 11/26th I received a package with a black light and a note that stated I was assigned to a shop with the date and location. I am not available and did not sign up for the shop. I will be out of town for the Thanksgiving for a week.
I called the project manage Todd at Asset and stated I did not want the shop. I have only shopped once for them 4 years ago. He wasn't happy, which I can understand, but I did not sign up for a shop with them. The shop is still in my log under Corporate Risk Solutions. I sent emails to Todd explaining the situation. Does anyone know about this shop? I have kept all of the emails.
