Over half my shops rejected by RSG

I have sent the rates and fees sheets pictures to RSG at least six times each. I have taken pictures with three different cameras. They look perfectly readable to me. But they are still rejecting them saying they are not readable. Any suggestions?

I would ask them exactly what is wrong with what you're submitting.

Not readable? what does THAT mean?
Can you scan these sheets and submit them that way?

I have tried I have taken the pictures with three cameras I have scanned them I have tried everything. I don't understand I can read them find and every other MSC I work for doesn't have a problem. I guess I will have to stop shopping for them.

you really need to invest in a scanner...you should be able to get one pretty cheap around this time of year...and the all in one machines come with starter ink...i hear they don't have the same amount of ink as regular cartridges, but it does offset the cost
I have a scanner and they say they can't read them either.

Ask if you can fax or mail them, the problem might be on their end.

Motivation increases when we assume large responsibilities with a short deadline.
I do a lot of assignments for RSG and have learned (from experience) that I don't scan using the JPEG format with RSG. When I have in the past they have sent back messages that they cannot clearly see some of the data that I have sent and they recommend using the PDF format in scanning. When I did switch to PDF there has been no issues.
Sometimes it's from their end. Have you tried sending the scanned item as attachment in an email. I recently had that problem and the scheduler suggested sending it as an attachment.
