Trendsource Payments

Does anybody know if they hold payment for 30 days or more. I did a shop on October 27 and still see no payment from them. I won't touch anymore shops from them until I see if they actually pay.

When you try to please everybody, you end up pleasing nobody
they pay pretty fast. You need to go and look at your project history as mentioned above.
Verified October 27, Feedback No, issues No but no payments. Contacted support they contacted someone else and said they would get back to me.
If you did Medicare shop, those are on a different cycle. First you report the shop Then you wait 3 weeks to validate that the agent didn't call you back. After that they have a weekly cycle you would get paid on.

As I say, this is just for Medicare. All their other shops are on the usual pay schedule described by other.
Also Trendsource is a direct deposit. I've only done a couple valet parking jobs but was paid quickly and direct to my account.
They pay by direct deposit, and the payments come from MSI Services Inc.. so maybe you overlooked it?

The harder I work, the luckier I get.
Nope not in my bank account. I have an account just for shopping so it is easy to check. I am still waiting for some kind of infofrmation from them about what happened. But until then the company is on my 10 foot pole list.
I really love this company and all of my payments have been on time. Maybe the accounting department can straighten this out for you.
I love trendsource! i just wish they had more variety in the types of shops that are in my area.. It is the only one I was confident in coming back to after a 10 year hiatus. They pay on time and as one person said it depends on the projects full completion.
This was a FF shop where I had to get rid of the red sauce. I reported everything that happened and gave the form to the manager. There were no issues with the shop, just no payment. I received an email on the 26 saying they were forwarding the issue to the manager to look into.
Let us know what happens. This is unusual for them.

I got an answer back today. They held the payment because I filed a police report for the damage to my car during the shop. It was damaged by city property but the police must have contacted the client and they complained to Trendsource.

Yikes!!!! What does one have to do with the other?? Did they tell you that you are not going to get paid?
So what were you supposed to do, pay for the damage to your car out of that hefty fee rather than report it to the appropriate authorities? That is crazy.

No I will get the payment this month and they thanked me for the understanding. The damage to the car i minumal, just a ding underneath where the pavement hit. I was told by the police the city will not pay. But Ifiled the report anyways as that is the only way to get the city to even look at the problem and fix it before someone else gets damage.
You need to get a hold of them asap I have seen cases with them that if they don't feel the project was completed to there satisfaction they don't pay!
They paid me that month that they said they would. I just won't ever go to that FF shop anymore even as a customer.
