Coyle - two shopper sites?

While reorganizing my Excel log today, I realized that Coyle has 2 different sites-- their main site and one on the ShopMetrics portal, which seems to not recognize my email. What is the difference between these sites? If they are essentially the same shops, I don't really want to sign up for the ShopMetrics page which takes 2 narratives (I had my narrative drafts saved and lost them, argh!) unless it's worth it to use that platform vs. the independent platform of the original Coyle site.

They do offer different shops. The shop metrics site is supposed to be more lower end shops that the main Coyle page.
They moved a few clients over plus added new ones. They sent out emails not too long ago. Made adding the new site for existing shoppers very easy.

I feel stupid, but I can't find a link for ShopMetrics to sign up. The only screen I ever find is to log in. What am I doing wrong?
If you log into the regular Coyle website, there is a link to the other website on the middle right side I believe.
Hi Shoppers,

Just wanted to drop in and let you know that we have uploaded our February evaluations! I will begin scheduling those tomorrow (Sunday, January 25)

If you are currently an evaluator and would like to view what is available from our Clients, please log into your Coyle account (main site) and submit your bid requests for the locations.

Additionally, if you have not yet submitted a new evaluator survey, please consider it! For more information and to complete the new evaluator survey, please visit our website at: [coylehospitality.com] and follow the links for "Evaluators".

As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to either send me a PM here or contact me directly.

Thanks shoppers - and stay warm! If I could, I would send those of you on the East Coast some of our Phoenix sunshine (too hot already for me for January!)

Regards,

Considering how many great shops there are in Arizona, do you ever want to stop being a scheduler for Coyle so you can shop? smiling smiley

Did Coyle lose (or client cutting back) a big client? The client has hotels and restaurants. It doesn't seem like those regular monthly shops are being offered.
Does anyone have a way of actually contacting Coyle? I cannot get a person on the phone and multiple emails (including to the employee above) have not be returned.

I think there ones you are mentioning here have just returned to the job board smiling smiley
Definitely glad to see them back. I must say... I'm a bit surprised they continue to show up on the alternate site. I thought that site was supposed to be reserved for lower end shops.
