Incorrect Credit Card Report Forms (Maritz)

Is anyone else having trouble submitting reports for the new Credit Card In Branch only shops? Basically it is the second half of the old Combo shops but if their infinite wisdom, they used the same form as the Combo even though there is no phone call and mailing of materials. I had to call on three different days to try to get the issue resolved. It was clearly an IT issue but they say that they don't have an IT department. Ya right!

I have a lot more to say on the issue but they have already wasted enough of my time. Was just curious if others ran into this situation and what were they told? The schedulers never have a clue. They are not even familiar with the actual reports.

Yes there is a problem with the report, definitely. I didn't call them. I filled out my recent reports in what I thought was the best way and submitted them. That was Monday night, haven't heard anything back. There's a duplicate question that asked twice what scenario you used but the two questions provide different selections for the answers. I answered those two like the first Q referred to the phone call (which we don't have on this report) and the second one as though it applied to the in branch. No recommendations here, just what I did. Good luck to all of us.

I called and demanded that they fix the reports immediately or I would cancel my remaining shops with them. Apparently they got the editors involved and the report was fixed within 30 minutes and they called me back to tell me so. I was not about to put fake answers into a report and with the incorrect scenarios, I was not able to submit my report. I just feel like it was not my job or other shoppers' jobs to fix their reports. But I will get my time paid for when they start calling me to take unassigned shops. My bonus requests just went up.

I would agree with chigirl777, but I would need to reword it:

"Well, I don't know about yinz', but I totally believe that Maritz has no IT department."

I don't know that they officially call it the IT department, but they have a department they refer to as IT. I had an issue with pictures on a report and they had someone from IT call me. I spoke with him on two different calls. He fixed it.
