I got an email from this company saying that the new platform is complete and I should log on to complete my profile. They told me how to figure out what my temporary password is. I tried it and it didn't work so I tried some others that they might have set up based on old information. Nothing worked. So I responded to their email with that information. It was a no-reply email.
