I've never worked for this company but you are owed a lot of money and you have waited quite a long while, over 4 months, and I would be livid! Perhaps others can chime in if this company pays timely... Good Luck!

I am surprised that Service Trac is still in business and disappointed that the same folks seem to be doing the same thing with a different corporate name.

These are the folks that I decided not to do recorded shops for after Bill told me, in a training session, that it was none of my business as to whether or not the client had written authorization from employees in two party states.

Sorry for your troubles but why on Earth would you work for someone with a bad track record of paying their shoppers? Just because they changed the name of the MSC or started a new one does not change the fact that they do not pay their shoppers on time.

@tstockton, why have you basically started the same thread and posted the same information twice? Redundancy just clogs up the forum.

There was about a month between the first and second threads so it's possible the OP didn't realize he had started one or wasn't aware of how to find it after it moved so far down the list. The mods could combine the two now.
