nice login message from Amusement Advantage

I got this around 2 weeks ago:

You previously asked for your record to be removed, your email address was invalid, came back as undeliverable or we were notified by your email provider that you idicated an email from our domain was spam. You may not re-register. Please contact shopperprofile@amusementadvantage.com to ask to be reinstated.

I emailed them saying all that is news to me, and I'd like to be able to log in again. They didn't bother to reply.
I got the same message today. Anyone else?

My email account has been blocking mail from an unknown number of email addresses. They cannot figure out why it is happening. Bottom line though for me is that if I send an email to the company that is being blocked I never receive the reply. A reply may have been sent but I will never know. These messages do not go into spam, they just do not exist anywhere. So, if the same is happening to you I suggest you call Amusement Advantage if you have not already done that and discuss it over the phone. I had to change my email address for several companies in order to get mailings from them and I discover new ones I am not getting periodically. The mystery shop newsletter is one of them! I sent an email to Jacob about it and never got a reply!!!
Yahoo and AOL are notorious for this. I didn't even know that AOL existed anymore!

I did one shop for them two years ago. I really liked the support that they had available, I enjoyed doing the shop then I got home to do the report, I cried! Oh my I have never seen a report that extensive before. Great company, paid like clockwork, report too tedious for me to ever do it again.

Sybil, interesting to hear I am not the only one. My email is Verizon which is related some way or other to yahoo. I do not know the connection but I access it thru the yahoo page. I will look to see if I can find the place to list the emails I want to go to spam. I listed all the emails I know I do not receive in my contact list and one of the companies started appearing again. Maybe I can list the others to go into spam and then at least I might actually get them somewhere so I can try to retrain the program.

dixie, there is no need to call them. On their login page, they have what to do written right there. I posted it above.
I dunno that's a weird message to receive and mistry said she didn't receive an answer. That's a good reason to call since her profile is not active now apparently.
