Calling them might be extremely difficult, not to say impossible. No real person ever comes to their phone. They do not call you back if you leave your number and a message either. And I have to agree that while I never had any payment issues with this company, but ever since the three MSC's joined forces, communication skills are not all the same from all schedulers. The 'original' Beyond Hello's are the most professional in my opinion and according to my personal experience.[/quote]

If the scheduler who assigned you the car shops' initials are JB, I have her number at work, which she said is also her cell number. Send me a PM if you want it. I don't know if she can help but she would probably try. It's your money!

I haven't had any problems with the Beyond Hello people, but I do not care for their midnight report deadline for every shop, and wish that they would do 24 hour allowances.

I would keep trying if I were you. There's a direct number for Angela at the bottom of this page. I've always found her to be very helpful.

The one car shop I performed for them last year, I was paid in less then two weeks. I looked into doing the year long program for them this year but have no clue if I will be part of it. I received one email asking me to let them know which locations I haven't done so they wouldn't assign them to me. I sent an email back letting them know the one shop I had done since that was easier. No response to the email or a phone call. They make it sound like there is some list of car dealerships and I should know what they are.

And ss for that gentleman referred to that does the training, he was rude and arrogant to the shoppers on the call trying to ask questions.
I had a bad experience with this one too. You fulfill your part of the deal and the mystery shopping contact says, go out and try again. They cancelled the shop after I said that was all I could get, now they can use my information and they don't have to pay me for it!
