IMO, the photo requirement for name tag and uniform being for one of each shall be merged into one photo (at some point).
A station owner told me that his employees (who were women) were offended by the requirement. "Especially the big breasted and overweight ladies," he said.
I am certain that he was being honest. However, I noticed him looking at my chest.
Nonetheless, I realised that if I was noticing him looking at mine, I can certainly understand the female attendants wariness of the photos taken by some chappies.
I did explain that the photos did give the station proof of the attendant's apparel and name tag.
Other than that requirement, it is the customer survey questions that should be noted: One should note if there is evidence of the survey at the pump, in the shop and upon the back of the receipt. I've noted that many of the receipts do not have the survey information. Some are on the in-store receipt, but not upon the pump receipt (or vice versa).
I have taken to now taking a photo of the back of the receipt with the visit number (as is required) whilst still at the station. I've also re-written my cheatsheet to reflect these areas.
The question about the station outdoor lighting is quite simple. In most instances (for my area anyway), due to the weather and low angle of the sun, the stations already have had their lights on. In situations where they have not (on those infrequent sunny days), I've simply asked the attendant to turn them on. If questioned, I point to the request on the LOA.
So far, I've performed 15+ shops without issue.
