Marketforce Question

So, I have done a few shops with Marketforce, but I am not having new shops show up in the place where I can select jobs. There are several jobs available for me to choose from, but not the variety that there has been in the past. Are they only allowing certain jobs to show up for me? Are they removing companies I have been shopping? Just curious.

My guess is that other shoppers have already taken those shops. I've noticed that shoppers in my area are schlepping up shops more quickly than usual and at lower rates, presumably because shops are in shorter supply at the beginning of the year, or so it seems.
It appears that they are now limiting same location shops. As soon as you are assigned a shop that locations other shops fall off the list. I haven't been able to figure out how many days this new feature encompasses.

Okay. This is how it works. From the horse's mouth..

MF is trying to get new shoppers to do the shops. First, they limited me to four shops. That wasn't going well because no one else was doing them. Then, they put a 10 shop limit. That also, did not work out well. Now, it's 12 shops.

They'll be back near the end of the month and probably faster, if no one does them. Yay for me! smiling smiley

I think this is something new they're trying.

The way people talk about this company on here, I'm surprised my account hasn't been deactivated for not taking any shops...

Anyway, I haven't done a single shop for them and a couple of other companies now and I do very well for myself. I think you will be OK smiling smiley

They have deactivated me, but then again I signed up with them several years back and then forgot about it.
My guess is that MF wants new shoppers who are fresh.

We old veterans are getting stale I guess. They want new input.

Just saying........
I notice that too. They offer each shopper different assignment on my page nothing like I use to see. But on my friend page he is offered alot of assignments .

Does anybody know how to reach them other than Help Desk emails ? I have a couple of scheduler phone numbers saved but don't think they can help (can they?).

I have 4 emails in now (started at 3am) due to log in problems (Chrome has been fine for the longest time now I get all error messages) and asked for a short extension to get a report in. They answered the email about log in problems but ignored the request for an extension and now the job is pulled .... grrrr.

Next time try using FireFox or some other browser. I use FF or Chrome. Then I might try Opera if I'm still having problems.

1-800-669-6526 (Option#2) will get you to the shopper help desk.
They are EST and I have not reached them past 5:00 PM.

I have done all reports with Firefox and never had a website issue.
I noticed this, too. With two different fast food chains, after I had chosen my allowed allotment, the others disappeared.
One of the Market Force offshore schedulers called me and offered me a FF shop for LESS than what it was being offered on the MF website. When I pointed it out to her, she offered same pay rate as what was offered on the MF website, $12.00. Unflippingbelievable.
