Dear Market Force Scheduler,

If you call and I don't answer my phone it means I'm unavailable to pick up at that point. When you call five more times in the next three minutes it doesn't make me any more available. It just makes me angry.

Thanks for your understanding.

The funny thing is that if they would just leave a voicemail with the what when's and how much, I'd get back to them quickly.

Wow...... I would be livid. I have never experienced what folks on here post about MF. Maybe its good I never log in hahah. I think if a scheduler did what you describe, I'd have two unprofessional choice words for them. I really applaud the professionalism of the shoppers on this one. I'd lose my cool.

I only have problems with the schedulers off shore. The ladies from Georgia are the best and so professional and polite. The others? Rude and uncaring it seems.
I don't have any problems with the offshore people. Based on a suggestion on these forums, I set up a Google Voice number and filter all of their calls straight to voice mail. I never even hear the phone ring.
I never get calls from Market Force. I wish I did I do at least 50 shops a month for them and would like to picked up some with bonuses.

Shopping all of central Indiana.
When you get calls, you will be very happy, especially if Georgia calls you. They always have huge bonuses. I once got $80 for a gas station. I've been offered a fee of $55 for the hedgehog shops. smiling smiley I wish they'd call more often, lol.
I've only gotten calls from the offshore office, mainly one scheduler that I find VERY hard to understand.

I am happy to get calls from Market Force. They give me shops with extra pay. I'm grateful. They have thousands of shops to assign. They are always polite with me.
I've learned that the reason this happens is because it's a call center and I think the numbers are automatically dialed or the individuals are dialing them. However, I think when you get more than one call in a row it is several different people calling you. I have gotten a call, answered and had two or three more calls come in from MF as I'm on the phone with the first scheduler. So I don't think it's one scheduler calling two or three times. It's two or three different schedulers calling you in a row. I've noticed this will happen all at once when MF releases higher fees on a shop because Ive gotten a call in the AM and declined a shop bc the fee was too low and then they will call me three in a row a few hours later as soon as the fee goes up to what I said I would take. You should answer though. I take every shop they offer at a reasonable fee that I can physically do and my check is usually over $1000 each month. And once they realize you are reliable they will call you with better and better fees.
How do you get them to call you. Is there someplace you need to sign up for calls?

Shopping all of central Indiana.
No, there's no place to sign up. Maybe you self-assign all of the MF shops in your area and there's no reason for them to call you.

Just a thought........

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.
They call me but no big bonuses. They know I need money so they know I will do a shop for them if they offer me 4 or 5 dollars more than the posted price. lol. I really like their website though, and their editors are pretty reasonable. They pay like clockwork, with the details of the money precisely posted on their site. I have done very low paying shops for them if I am right across the street doing another. I am thinking I should tell them no, once in awhile, but....

Wow, that's good to know. I usually pick up when they call (I have their number saved on my phone so the company name pops up on caller ID), but they're usually offering the "list" price or just a few dollars more. However, if I'm unavailable I'm unavailable.

Dear MF scheduler,
PLEASE, for the love of all that is good, learn the time zones in the United States and pay attention to them. I am tired of getting woken up at ridiculous hours because you don't know what the heck you are doing and call me at 6:30am, 7am, etc.
Just received the usual Saturday morning calls from Marketforce. Except, the "usual" bonuses have decreased. For a shop that I am routinely offered a $15 bonus,I was offered $5. When I declined she offered $7. Then I asked why the bonus had decreased, she offered me a separate shop, further away and still only $5 bonus. I said unfortunately I can't do it for this lesser amount
I get that too but not from the Georgia schedulers. I guess the off-shore ones don't realize Texas is a big state and I can't do a shop in Allen from where I live, for $25. It's "only" a 300 mile drive! winking smiley
Don't feel bad, I'm getting the same thing. One scheduler told me they traditionally get an influx of new shoppers in January. I suppose everyone uses their holiday break time to surf the Web for money-making ideas, or they hear about mystery shopping from relatives at family gatherings. If they're like me, the novelty of getting a free burger and a few bucks for an hour's work will quickly wear off.

I had two different schedulers tell me a couple weeks ago that the fees would not go up to what I'm normally used to this month. They said every January February March Marketforce tries to drive the fees down so they don't have to pay more at the end of the year. However, I took a few lower paying shops but held out on most of them and now have almost all my usual shops at the regular fee. Maybe not quite as good as December, but I'll take them.

That sounds like a couple of my Google Voice transcriptions!

Here are a couple from my own Google Voice inbox:

"Hey, I haven't answered there, This is xxx and I'm calling you from market, or if they do have so that 6 the sex shop for you ..."

"You're good morning. CNN's and there is ready for Market 4th and I do have shells for your for field of Statistics reach an accident."
Now that's funny !!! More, More!!

Shopping Central Jersey Shoreline. WHAT? I'm an adult?! When did this happen?! How do I make it stop?!
I used to get some doozies too. It was fun to try reading them first to see if I could figure out what the hell the message was about, then I'd give up and actually listen to the message. It's like learning a foreign language.
I got a MF call today from...Alabama! She has a strong southern accent and assigning FF shops.
