Since September when the buyouts starts there have been several hiccups.
They use to be very shopper friendly.
This is not one or two isolated people getting missed.
It is wide spread and they are avoiding shoppers and giving evasive or non responses.
Next time you do a shop for them on the due date state the shop is done but I am going to wait to submit it. See how far you get.
I'd also be asking them for a $5 bonus on next shop you do as an apology for inconvenience .

Within the last 6 months I've had two MSC miss timely payments.
Both proactively added $5 to each shop missed for inconvenience. Let's see what rsg does
