GfK Rover Software

Am scheduled to complete a few audits tomorrow, Saturday. They sent me an email with a link for their mobile app. I've clicked the link, but it's a dead link. Was able to install the app from the link in the mobile app instruction manual, but it won't let me log in until I verify my account by clicking the (dead) link in the email.

Have emailed my scheduler and info@gfk but was also hoping someone here might be a bit quicker on the draw on a Friday night...

Any help is appreciated!

I was able to verify my account but I can not download the link. But maybe its just my phone.

Maybe I can help. This app is supposed to be used on tablets with android or iOs. It's touch and go on cell phones.

Thanks for the insight. Using my cell phone might have been part of my problem. I ended up doing three audits today using pencil-and-paper (glad I had prepped that as a back-up!). Took about 20 minutes per location. Sorting thru photos tonight, going to upload tonight and tomorrow. I definitely see the appeal of having it all completed upon exiting the location!

Hi all, I new to the forum, but I seen your topic about the Rover, I did a total of 12 audits on my android and it is awesome!! No uploading pics to computer when u get home or reports to fill out!! I do a lot of audits for another company and it usually takes me hours just to upload 5 audits, I wish they had something like the Rover! Its amazing and so easy!! If you can get your hands on an android or iPhone to do the audit, I would recommend it! You are going to love it!!

I have an Android smartphone. It's a newer model, sufficient processor and memory. I'm specifically having trouble with the link in the initial verification email. But I've heard it *is* awesome and look forward to being able to use it soon. I'd love to complete more of these audits, especially if I don't have to spend an hour per report uploading photos.

I'll work with GfK and my scheduler on Monday when everyone's back in the office.

Jody, I sure hope you get it fixed!! You will love it! I don't understand why you can't get the link to work! Hopefully they can get it fixed tomorrow! You can just fly through those audits with that app!!! Good luck to you!!

I have an audit today and I never received my welcome email to Rover. I don't know how to download without it. I put an email in to on call scheduler but I'm impatient. I Need help
