Marketforce Auto-Assign

Has anyone signed up for auto-assign shops with Marketforce? How does it work? Do you get more assignments that way?

I think when I first started, you had to have so many in, before auto assigning. I think they invited me to auto assign and I went into my profile and selected auto assign (it has been a long time and I hope I am right about this)

Then they would send "bulletins" of current jobs but I go in there quite a lot each day. You see a shop you want and if no shopper has taken it, then it's yours.

Be SURE you can do it on the time and date specified

I think the OP means that the shop will be automatically assigned to you when it comes up to be shopped. You don't have to look for it and click on it and assign it to yourself. It's done by the computer.

Works Great and they have a lot of shops

Auto assign is great!.....for Marketforce.

I was signed up for auto assign for about a month. Then I realized you were being screwed out of ever getting a bonus on those shops, so I deactivated auto assign.

You'll get all the clown shops you can stomach. If that's what you want, go for it.

Even without auto-assign, the bonuses are essentially gone in my area for everything. I do see an extra $1 on cell phone shops. Still, they are not even double digits with the extra $1. LOL. NOOOOOO Never. Who does these in a high COLA?

I got a call from a foriegn MF scheduler last night. No bonus on the shop but an increase of reimbursment to $15

You need to negotiate. It's like any other contract. It's not one sided. You don't need to take what they offer. They are calling you only because they are up to a deadline. Ask for a few dollars more and politely decline if they wont agree.
