What is the scoop in Service Impressions?

I did a shop for them in November - 11/09/14. I got a "10" on my shop but I still have not gotten paid. Unfortunately I did another shop for them in January 2015 for the same client and now I am wondering if I am going to be out on $150 for the two shops. I have written to the the company and have not heard back. Any advice or feedback would be appreciated. Thank you!

I almost never see anything from Service Impressions here. I did one shop for them in 2009. Payment was delayed although I did receive it. Dan Crevin, with Service Impressions, e-mailed all shoppers to let us know payment would be late. He sent a second e-mail to update shoppers before payment was made. I was impressed with the proactive communication from Service Impressions, and I would work for them again.

Thank you for the feedback. I will let you know if/when I get paid. Such a shame to have to chase after payment.
They have always had money issues as long as I can remember (well over 5-10 years now).
