Evening Eligible Gas Stations with Maritz

What is the incentive for performing these shops after dark? I wish Maritz was more clear about it...I can't seem to find it anywhere on their website. Maybe I am missing it in the shop instructions? Thanks!

You need to print out your paperwork to get the security code and the pack label instructions which includes the evening eligible incentives. The price varies from location to location.
You haven't missed anything. The price isn't visible until after you accept the shop. In my area prices range from $5 - $10 for completing it during the hours of darkness.
Some people want to know the incentive BEFORE taking the shop.

The shops are evening eligible not mandatory. So you can always decide if it is worth it to do the shop after dark once it is assigned to you. If not, then just do it during the day for the usual pay.
Doesn't matter, unless I am taking a whole route of shops from someone when I take a shop I have a specific time in mind for it.

I agree. That is why I accept them knowing that I will be working after dark and late into the evening.
Right. My point is if I was going to take one and was planning on doing it at night I would want to know before I took it what the incentive is.

I have a shop to do next week with a night bonus over $10. Except the temps are supposed to be 10 -15 below zero with the wind chills further.

My camera has been freezing up if I don't keep it in my bra.

Is it really worthg it?
That depends - How big is your bra?...winking smiley

Seriously, It depends on your tolerance to the cold...

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
Maybe this is too much information. But.......

To very honest, the problem is the layer of clothing, the safety vest and the underwear. Typically, when wearing all of those layers, I eschew underwear (for various reasons). It leaves little if anywhere to keep the camera and cell phone warm and operational.

I'm thinking of wearing hubby's pocket tee shirt with the cell phone next to my rosary.

Still digging into those layers is difficult. Putting on the safety vest over the snowmobile suit is also a problem.

In the end, I sigh and think, "I know of worse things".
A jacket with large pockets is mandatory. A hoodie with the pocket in front also works. I don't zip up the vest either.

Paper cuts. Sick puppies. Ikea shops.
I do as many of these at night as possible. I check the weather at the beginning of the week and plan the night shops for the warmest nights possible. I refuse to work outside when the weather hits 15 degrees or lower. 15 degrees is when me and my camera both are to cold to work properly.
89lulalula89, you wouldn't have been working most of the winter in my area. I wish we had 15 degree nights....
hell my area 15 degree days would be nice

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I don't like to work at night. It's dark out there.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.
5.00 for a total of 16.00 plus reimbursement. You must however call some of the shops to check closing times, not all are 24 hour stores.

Happy Shopping to all.
I got an email sometime last year, describing the shops as $11 plus $10 for night. Details were not available yet, but i self-assigend a route in good faith, expecting $21 per shop. By the time the paperwork was available, the shop fee was dropped to $10.50 in my area, plus a "mystery bonus of UP TO $10." Most of my shops were assigned as a $5. I went ahead and did the route, since I saw the paperwork a month before I did them, but was kind of annoyed. I won't be taking any more of these.
