I am not sure how I actually applied, to be honest. They do have a website where I think you can put in your info. and then if they need someone in your area they will get in touch. I did the project and they sent me an application and a W-9 to fill out so that I could get paid. So based on that I'm thinking I did not actually submit an app. to start with.
I have developed a habit to sign up anytime I see a company but many, many times those companies are not doing work in my area and I never hear from them.
