Shadow Agency - suspended?

I just read about this MSC in the magazine and went to the website to check them out and I see the site is "suspended."

HUH?

I am already registered with them and I was able to log in right away. But I think they use Shopmetrics not Clientsmart.

Shadow stopped using their ClientSmart site a couple years ago and are on Shopmetrics.

Are all of their shops video shops? I just signed up and that's all I see.

They may have some traditional shops, their main focus is video. It's also late on the month. Check again next week and the beginning of the second quarter.

Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

The magazine is wrong. Shadow Agency using Shopmetrics, not Clientsmart. I just completed a report for them 2 hours ago on Shopmetrics.
