No issues on my end. Have you tried going directly to the Prophet site?

I get the error code Http Status Code 400
Requested Uri is too long. I can bring up the site but when I log in that is what i get

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut

If you want more feedback, I regularly take out their retail shops when I can.

Though they use the Prophet platform, this company provides feedback of your shop.

I never had any issues getting in touch with a live person either.

I've shopped with them for years and have never had any issues with them. Prompt payment. It's a Prophet site. Reports pretty easy.
