ACE January payments

Since I'm in Canada they pay by check now. I think they still use PayQuacker in the US. Does anyone know when the January payments will be sent? I've emailed them but have not heard back yet. Last month they sent emails when the checks were getting ready, being sent, etc. but so far nothing.

I got a message today that they had a question about one of my January shops, which I had replied to in January! The shop was approved, it wasn't returned to me. I just replied again. Hopefully they will pay me soon.

I would call them. I got an answer faster when I phoned. My November cheque was late and the person I spoke with on the phone admitted that Canadian cheques would be late. I stopped shopping with them. It seems their cheques get mailed later and later. Letting Canadian shoppers know that cheques will be late would be nice since we were forced to receive cheques over Payquicker for those with US bank accounts
