I just wanted to say something positive about an MSC. Recently I completed a shop of high end ergonomically designed furniture for Service Performance Group and there were a few things the sales associate was supposed to do (one of which seemed pretty large to me) that the associate did not do and I sent the project manager an email explaining what happened in the store and explaining why I made certain remarks in my report and WOW - no hassles, the project manager thanked me for my explanations and that was that. I wish all MSCs were like this when shops don't work out the way they are supposed to......
Just wanted to say something positive like I said above, as I have posted negatively about MSCs before here - it's only fair that when something positive happens I say something nice about the MSC involved, no?
