Marketforce CPI and receipt question

I went upload my receipt just now and it said it was already uploaded. I thought I must have lost my concentration and uploaded it. But when I looked at it, it is for someone else's shop at a different store.

Then when I went to upload my CPI, it said it was already done in February. The CPI is for the correct store.

So it is showing as both CPI and receipt are received, but I actually didn't upload either. Is this the new system or is it some fluke? I just emailed them. This has never happened before.

The one thing I can think of is, that MF assigned it to you and to another shopper. The other shopper has already submitted the report.

I only say this because one time I had a demo and went online to enter it and there it was, already entered. I called my supervisor and she said someone else did the demo at the store. I told her no, they did not, they may have filled out the report but they were never in the store...(turns out the girl "said" she was there but she was "not" confirmed by the manager and she falsified a report to get paid).

It may be something different but it is possible a fluke caused you both to get the shop?
I once started entering a report (for another MSC) and it was already filled in. At first I deleted and input my info, but it was quite long so I e-mailed them. Turns out someone else had done it and filled in most of report. they had missed the time frame of the shop due to car trouble (this was in the report lol) Any way they had neglected to clear the report before assigning it to me. glitches happen.
The receipt was from a different country for a store I had never heard of. MF removed it and I was able to upload mine. They didn't tell me what happened. I'm guessing they don't need a new CPI from me and the old one is reusable but I'll contact them tomorrow about that.
Contact Help Reply right away and advise them of this to allow you to send your actual downloads. If you don't, it would be harder to correct.

Once I had an MFI message advising me that the photo I downloaded was not the right one. So I downloaded the photo, but I suspect it was exactly what happened to you as I did not send a photo.
I think I had this happen once when I had to redo a shop and I had to have them clear the old receipt out so I could input the new one. they have to manually clear the old information.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
