I must not have had my coffee yet - this enrages me

I don't know if I've finally read ICU Associates email fully for the first time, but it's the first time I've noticed the snippet below I've pasted from their email.

For some reason, which could be lack of caffeine, tax season, or the snow we had yesterday, but this absolutely enrages me. And I usually don't enrage.

Telling me to decline the assignment "... promptly to pass the opportunity on to other shoppers." is pure BS. It's the BS that's enraging me. Do they want me to believe that I am the only shopper to see this email and the job board until I decline it? Why don't they simply tell me their reason for wanting me to decline it.

Also, to say that they give preference to shoppers who login regularly is also BS that's enraging me. I have emails coming to me so I don't have visit 150+ boards regularly. Now they want me to believe that to get more and better shops I need to logn regularly? Whatever that means?

Just tell me what you want and why. I'll likely comply!!! Just don't play horse hockey.

Arrgh. I need my coffee, a massage, a week vacation and some harmonic melodies to soothe the raging beast that is my inner demon.

Thanks for letting me vent.

- Choose whether you want to accept or decline this assignment! If you are
not interested, please decline promptly to pass the opportunity on to other
shoppers.

ICU Associates gives preference for future shops to shoppers who log in
regularly, so please log in to accept or decline this offer. Declining this
offer passes the shop opportunity on to other shoppers.

They use Prophet. That's how it works. The program will send the offer to the people in the closest area and once enough have declined it, the program sends out another wave to the next group.
Come to visit Mama LJ for a little while. You can fall asleep listening to the cows lowing and the frogs croaking. You can visit the nearby Ananda Center for some centering and meditation and when you get back to the house you'll have a nice, hearty home-cooked meal waiting for you. Dog kisses are free and plentiful. winking smiley

For the Canadians, that is a partial quote from the base of our Statue of Liberty. If I can remember it correctly, the quote in it's entirety is (and if I can't I'm sure one of the many Americans here will correct me):
Give me your tired your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me. I lift my lamp beside the golden door.
