Marketforce Theater Questions

I've only done two shops now for this side of Marketforce and I'm having trouble.

Both reports, when I hit submit, it took me to a login screen. I never got a confirmation screen, although it does appear the report went through. Does this happen to anyone else?

My second report, I just entered it and it says, "report received, awaiting hard copy" (or something like that). What does that mean? Do you know what I need to do now?

I've emailed them but it says it could take up to 2 days to hear from them, so I thought maybe someone here could give me a hint.

Thanks!

For the one open theater check that I did there was a requirement that you mail a hard copy of the report to them, including the invoice for payment and the theater's numbers.
Yes, I do these all the time and awaiting hard copy is the paperwork you have to send to them. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks after mailing for them to clear it off of your job board. Good luck.
Hard copy? Hunh, must be a different report. I do the regulsr trailer checks for them all the time and those are all electronic. Was this an open check?
I had one shop where the hard copy was not received by the MSC. I finally received it back from the Post Office and when I offered to mail it back to them, they said it was already closed. That was the only theatre shop I was not paid. But it happened before my surgery and while recuperating, I was unable to send them the copy of the hard copies. So, at times, one just has to absorb things and prioritize. I am staying away from hard copy requirements until I am fully recovered.
I have work for the "Other side of Market force for about 6 years and have never had to send any hardcopies for any of my work I have done. I also do Theater checks and mostly Installs , (did one this week) and all admin work is done electronically.
Here is what I find (and I have only one time ever been told they need a hard copy). After you enter the form, a little screen comes up that asks if YOU want to keep a hardcopy of the report. I always hit that, then cancel the print, then the thing is done. It's rather abrupt, but it is finished. If you look back, the job is gone because it's DONE. It bothered me, as well, the first time, but I found out it is just the way it is..lol.
