Bare International Non-Payment

I can not locate a good e-mail for Bare International accounting department. They owe me six payments since January and I can not get a response. I received 9,10's on my reports. Any suggestions on how to get paid? I shop for several companies and this is my first payment issue in five years.

My last payment was incorrect from them (very first time ever had an issue). I was told by accounting to email the scheduler from that assignment.
They are usually very reliable. I would call and ask for accounting. Then follow-up with an email.

I agree with the post about contacting the scheduler by email. They work 'regular' business hours in Virginia. They might have a vacation so the project manager would be next in line. I might also consider if your bank information changed recently.

I just heard from a scheduler today that any "European" February shop payments were delayed because of the high shop volume and shorter month but they're scheduled to go out with the next payment. Supposedly an email was sent to all shoppers but I had never received one.
Odd. I've never had an issue with them. They've been very reliable for me. I hope you get it worked out.
I had an issue with incorrect payment this month. I emailed tabu that immediately and got a really bizarre response that I still need to follow up on. I have always enjoyed working with Bare and have never experienced any issues until the last month or so...in addition to them having very few shops in my area, when their shops had always been quite plentiful!
The last time I wrote to Jason, which was years ago, I found him to be honest, helpful and very efficient. I would go that route for sure.

I have received and replied to your emails just this month. I am sorry to hear you have outstanding inquiries. Please do reach out to me directly with any further questions. I have referenced your account and see that all payments prior to last month have been reconciled. We have processed payments for you both in the month of February and in the current month that are showing as not yet reconciled, which means that we have processed the payments and mailed them to you but they are still showing as checks not yet cashed.

We want to ensure that you are reimbursed for all your efforts with us in a timely manner.

Nice to see the post from Bare. I've never had any problems with their payments, and I'm hopeful it'll all work out for the OP.
I was trying to dig up who I've dealt with before from BARE; looks like she's on this board! I'm talking about Tabitha of BARE.

As others have said, BARE is easy to get in touch with and you can even shoot them a call during business hours. For me, I worked with Tabitha with any of my payment issues and they were promptly and professionally resolved.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!
