They used to be a wonderful company. You could actually call in and they would take the report over the phone..an actual live, well-spoken and pleasant human being you could speak to. However, they now have schedulers who call from out of the country and to say it is difficult to understand their accents would be an understatement. The connections are horrible. The accents are not understandable and they are a real PITA when it comes to choosing locations. Instead of having one in mind to discuss, they go over a long list of locations that are so far from me I would need $50 to consider them, and they only want to pay $10. It goes something like this..how about blah blah blah, No, too far. I see, how about blah blah blah. No, too far. I see how about blah blah blah. I ignore their calls now because I usually end up hanging up on them when they just don't stop talking. Actually, you all should try one just for the experience and laughs.
