Did anyone else receive the below e-mail from Circle of Service? I wrote Stephanie Rufkahr. I've dealt with her previously but I haven't heard anything back from her.

So the e-mail isn't a scam? I'm just wondering because I entered the address and it went directly to an area to enter my Paypal information. Also, when I hover over the name of the sender, it comes up Strategic Reflections. I haven't worked for either one in a few months.

Which link did you click on? When I clicked it took me to the shopmetrics login page before it took me to the paypal page. It was a standard shopmetrics login, just like all the other shopmetrics sites, and the web address appeared correct.

I got it and emailed Stephanie, also. I have not heard back from her either. The whole thing struck me as a scam.

I didn't click on anything. I just entered the address in the address bar. Okay. Well thanks for the answer. I was just making sure...

Gosh, please keep us posted if you hear anything back. It looks legit to me but it is odd that they want my paypal info so badly.

It is odd and it'm wondering why I haven't heard back from her. She usually responds fairly quickly. Maybe she's off on Monday's. i'll let you know if I hear anything.

I emailed Stephanie too and got no response, which is just weird as she usually emails back immediately. I did email her again today as well as Pam with our inquiry and when/if they get back to me, I'll post it on here.

Hi Susan,

Please know that we are switching platforms soon and are importing all of our shoppers to the new system. The issue with entering your Paypal email address was rectified, and the email was sent by us.
