I am confused. The company that I know by that name is tiny, based in Pittsburgh and has very, very few MS assignments per year. Are we talking about the same company?

I did phone shops for them in late 2013 and was very satisfied with their responsiveness and payments.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008

I did both phone and in person shops for them for several years and would do so again. They have bounced around among several scheduling companies since their staff is way too small to handle scheduling and MS is only a minor part of their business.

My experience with them has been first-rate and their leader is truly stellar.
