Sentry's New Site?

I signed up with Sentry and never heard from them with a confirmation. I was contacted by a scheduler to do a retail shop I'm not terribly thrilled about, but it's bonused...

I needed to do the quiz, turns out I can login, and I can login to profit, but they've apparently moved to admin.sentrymarketing.com. Okay.. but the new site while it says email or username, it won't take an email, it gives an error. The forgot login details link once filled out goes to a blank page. Any ideas on where I would find the username that goes with Sentry? I keep all my sign up emails, but they never did email and confirm my application was good to go.
Any words or wisdom or help?

Scheduler knows and I'm 99% sure is on here. Told me to sign up with them again. Can't do that with the email already in their system..

Hmmm, I had the same problem with access. I must have deleted the emails and I forget who assisted me in fixing the problem.

I had the very same problem. I contacted them and they reset everything for me within 12 hours. I hope this works for you smiling smiley

Apparently I needed to register on the newest site. I just assumed that being registered with the original site and prophet meant my info was on the shopmetrics already. So solved smiling smiley David was lovely about replying.

I am pretty sure that admin.sentrymarketing is a fake Sentry Marketing site, because I have been contacted by both the original one and the "new" one and you can tell the real company by the title "The Sentry Marketing Group, LLC" while the admin.sentrymarketing one just calls itself Sentry Marketing. I don't know what you should do about not being contacted by www.sentrymarketing.com, but I would suggest not signing up to the "new" website.

The site admin.sentrymarketing.com is our Shop Metrics website. This is a legitimate site where projects on our Shop Metrics portal can be found.

Okay, thanks. At first there were a few things that seemed suspicious about it, but I now realize I was mistaken because another person from the other website also told me it was legit. Sorry, guess I was being a little too careful.

Seeing there is a direct link on the main Sentry site, to the new Metrics platform, that should have satisfied anyones concerns. I'm still trying to figure out the purpose of this additional platform.

Scheduler who had wanted me to take a test on the metrics site told me within a few months all clients are moving over to the metrics site.
