Not getting paid by IPSOS

So after doing a little research it seems I'm not the only one who has had a problem with getting paid by IPSOS. I've emailed several schedulers and the "contact us" section of their website but no one has responded. Does anyone know who to contact to actually get paid from them? I'd really like to just get paid for the work I've done. Any help would be appreciated.

I only did my first one for IPSOS in March, so because the ICA says it takes 45 days to get paid (if you don't screw up), I haven't yet learned if I'll be paid on time (that'll come in a couple of weeks).

I do know that when I log in to their Shopmetrics site and click on "Pay History" it shows "OK for Pay" under the status of that assignment. So I have an expectation of being paid on time. We'll see.
Thanks. I was told by a scheduler it would be 3 weeks and it's been over that time frame. All my shops say Ok to Pay I just haven't been paid. No one with their company responds. I've sent several emails to their "contact us" email address with absolutely no response.
My first shop with them this year was on March 27th, so I am expecting payment (according to the ICA) around the middle of May.

Speaking of most MSC's. It is XX weeks from the time it has been edited, sent to the client and the client accepts the shop. Your shop is then approved and payment comes AFTER that agreed time. smiling smiley
I just did a product eval through them through a 3rd party company and got paid. Is there a phone number you can call? Sometimes calls get better results than emails.
I got paid by IPSOS for a series of cell phone shops this week. They paid on time without a hassle.

My two shops, one from June 28 another from July 3rd still both say Pending Validation, I sent an email but have not heard anything back... How long does it take to go from pending to ok to pay???

I forgot to check back in - I did get paid on time.
My July 3rd shop is now ok to pay but the June 28th is still Pending. I've emailed the company so we will see...
Does anyone have a contact number to call? There are so many numbers on their website now my email has been forwarded to i-say panel, even though i just responded to the IPSOS support email.
They're on my list of companies to ignore. If you've been working for a year and work for enough MSCs there's no reason to deal with them. Not as bad as BMA but equivalent to ACE... I put them lower than Intellishop and even Maritz.

I certainly have had no issues with IPSOS in a long time. A shop I did in the second half of July was paid before mid-August. My previous work with them had been paid generally in a couple of months--some times shorter, some times longer.

I've been at this more than a decade and have worked with a lot of companies and personally see no reason at all to ignore IPSOS. There are more than enough companies out there to ignore for cause.
Are they in the process of changing reporting platforms?

They certainly have me confused. Their SASSIE website lay dormant for a long time and suddenly there are a lot of shops there. Hmmm. Anyway, shops there should perform in the expected SASSIE way of going to your job board once you select or are assigned them and then remaining there for eternity as they go through the summission, complete, paid process. The Shopmetrics platform, for all companies using Shopmetrics, has the shop disappear once it is completed. Go to 'my settings' in the upper left and choose 'Pay History'. You should be able to see your 'statement' for each job or see the job in their version of a 'pending' status.
I am very familiar with the shopmetrics platform.

Hello, Is this resolved? I work for Ipsos and if you can PM me, I will try to find out the details.
Does anyone know when the shops with the new client will appear? I got an email saying these new round of shops were for October and will be posted in September. I keep checking....but nothing.
I have been paid on time by Ipsos. I have only done shops on their Sassie platform. Stated terms, on both their Shopmetrics and Sassie platforms, are that payment will be within 45 days of accepted shops. In my experience, payment has been closer to 30 days.

From what I can tell, both platforms will be used, for different projects.
