I am not sure what you are asking about. 1) Do you want to know what MSCs provide and either permit or require the use of smart phone apps for their shops, or 2) do you want to know which MSCs have shops for smart phone apps? Yes, I have seen both, although #2 was an internet shop when I saw it.
