I have tried to email and even chat with SteriCycle because I have not been paid for my April/May shops. They have no phone number to call and are not responding. Are they still in business or a scam!
Also I have noticed that their gas station shops pay price changes every week so the longer you wait to more they pay! What are dumb way to do business nobody is going to do these shops for $4! They should just pay $10 and be done with it. But who cares what they say they pay if they do not pay you at all or respond to emails.

Maybe it's a regional thing. You'd be surprised how many shoppers in my area take the $4 shops and the price never goes up. It is a good idea to wait until prices go up (if somebody doesn't grab them for $4), and that works with most companies. I've noticed that most companies bonus their difficult-to-schedule locations as the month goes on.

As for Stericycle's payment, I haven't shopped much for them in the past six months, but I did 3 shops between May 31 and June 4 and my payment is not due yet. My May 31 shop is pending payment on June 12. To reach them, I've been pretty successful using their Live Chat (click Live Online Support in the top right-hand corner of the Home Page) or phoning them at 317-713-2291. They are still in business and are scheduling shops. The 3 recent shops I did were unusual competitor shops and the guidelines were not fully developed, so I made several phone calls to the scheduler (Excellent! Impressed with him) Eli Hart, who actually answered his phone each time called his extension.
