Technology Store shopper - new person there

Deb is her name. I've been working for them for 2 years now, have always gotten 8s and 10s, now they have this new person there and my report is unacceptable. Anyone else having trouble with them now?

Nope. I have done lots of them for this MSC (as recently as last week) with no issues at all. All my reports were accepted with no issues.

Maybe they have been overlooking some issues with you in the past and have "tightened up"?

Why was your report been unacceptable? No MSC (that I know of) just deems a report "unacceptable" without some kind of clarification.

I too would like to know why this new editor or scheduler dinged you.

I have had a really positive experience working with Carol Vernon. She will always answer her phone or call me back within the hour during business hours. She always gives me 10's and a "Thanks <Name>!" or a smiley face for the comment.

I almost got a 1099 in a few weeks working on a project with her that was very easy to report, once I knew exactly what they were looking for. Always had great communication with them. This MSC has always treated me great.

I just checked and now it shows I got 8/10. I didn't change anything. Who knows.

Well I just submitted my very first report with them tonight. Hope I get one of the "good" editors.

No. I've got 10's with the exception of once where I got a 9 for forgetting to hit submit (shop was late for some hours when they brought it to my attention).

I second the post about Carol. She is responsive and courteous.

Perhaps you could try to ask where you went wrong from their perspective? I think they are a great MSC and not many pay within 2 weeks of a shop. Definitely worth working for if you can get along with them.
