Market Force, How do I know if my job was accepted?

I did two jobs for Market Force, both on the 2nd of may. I completed my paperwork and turned in my receipts, but I don't know if it has been accepted yet? Is there any way to find out? or do I just need to wait till I get, or don't get, a deposit? I assume I did everything how I needed to. I never heard from anyone, and all my receipt statuses are verified. Please Help. Thanks

No news is good news with Market Force. They do not communicate with you after each report to tell you it is accepted and offer feedback or a "grade." Instead, you will only hear from them if they want more information on a report, if a photo/receipt isn't received or legible, or if your report is being declined for some reason.

I usually watch to be sure the receipt status changes to show verified. Usually, if there is a problem with the report, you hear pretty quickly. After a few days, I make the assumption that a Market Force report is acceptable and that I will be paid.
Awesome! I am glad to hear that. Thank you I'm going to assume that they were accepted.
You are so right Austin Mom. They sure email you fast when they need more information.
They will call you incessantly when they are close to deadline and need to fill shops.
Go back and make sure you completed the CPI. Other than that you're good to go. If your shops weren't accepted you would know by now. They notify shoppers real quick when there is a problem.
MarketForce will usually be in touch the next day if there is a problem. Are your CPI's signed and your receipts verified? You would have known by now if they were not accepted.

Which is why you never hear from them if your reports are fine. They're too busy making those incessant last-minute phone calls. grinning smiley

There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.
I like NOT hearing from Market Force. It means everything is OK. I'm still mad at them though. Last month I ordered a medium drink and was given a large. The receipt said large. How do you tell the person at the window....I'm sorry. I told you I wanted a dang medium. Give me a medium and change the receipt. They declined my shop. No reimbursement and no fee plus I don't eat the food! If they do that to me again they can find someone else that will pay to not get paid due to employee mistakes. See,s like the client would want to know what's happening. I ordered the way they told me to. It was employee error. But it cost ME money.

I'm surprised people are still seeing issues with this....

I've had this happen to me many times, but never a rejection. Did you properly answer the questions, then detail this in your report?

You're supposed to order a "Medium ____ Value Meal." If you see it on the monitor and it shows large, you can try once to correct them and state you wanted medium. After that, just go with the flow.

@iblessyah - I'm sorry that happened to you. It's always a bummer to do everything right and then still not get paid.

I have had this happen to me too and my shops have been accepted. I just accept the large drink without objection and then report it on the form. When they ask if my receipt was correct, I answer no and tell them I specifically ordered a medium drink. When they asked if a medium drink is listed on my receipt, I answer no and say I was given another size without explanation. When they ask if I have any comments, I answer yes and describe again what happened.
You will hear within 5 days if your shop is rejected. Usually before that, but if it's near the end of the month/quarter, they will wait until they find someone to re-do the shop before they reject your shop.

It doesn't alwasys show on the monitor...sometimes the monitor is not working at all..and some don't have a monitor...

And that's OK. As long as you ordered specifically a 'Medium ____ Value Meal,' and there were no signs from the order taker that he/she interpreted it as a 'large' whatever, you should have been paid, as long as the questions were answered correctly in your report. In other words, you would make sure the reader interpreted your visit that you clearly ordered 'medium,' but the receipt isn't what you ordered at the speaker and you received the incorrect drink size as well.

Have you attempted to review your report and inquire with the Helpdesk regarding this? The guidelines are pretty clear on this, so you could probably get this decision overturned if this was accurately described in your report.
