Video Shoppers - LeBlanc

Hi, I might be taking my first assignment with Mary LeBlanc and I wondered if anyone can tell me anything about them. I'm also interested in when and how they pay. Thanks in advance.

Great company to do work for. Mary is very detailed in what she wants, and the reporting & invoice process is quite reasonable. She tends to have clients on the high end of things, so don't be intimidated when you see what type of client. Its actually kind of cool when you are shopping a million-dollar client.

Every two weeks.
You need your own equipment.
She is a little picky about camera angles but she gives very thorough instruction in advance'
She is also good about picking up when you call with any questions.

You will have to fill out a report- either by email or online submission.
And then follow up two weeks after the shop

This is an MSC that also requires you fill out an invoice

My second set of jobs were for her and she called me personally. I was quite honest about my being new and she was very honest with me as well and took the additional time to hold my hand through everything. She did an excellent job and helped me feel very confident as I was but a little padawan then. She does primarily canada and I haven't had a passport to go but mostly because she is a joy to work with she'll be the first MSP I contact when I do. She is excellent about coaching and is straight forward about what she expects. Would recommend. Just like with life, you get a different type of business when there is more money available for services and video commands a higher price tag than written. Expect fast responses, picking up of her phone if you have a question, and an overall good working relationship.

She also does a lot in the SW states.

Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel
