SQM Level 2 test

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some help on the SQM test level 2. I have been stuck at 23/25 for a few weeks and have kept track of my answers. I cannot for the life of me figure out the two I am getting wrong and its very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in the same boat actually. I played with the questions I thought may have another answer and have not gotten above the 23/25 too. It's now been more then a month and I am tired of playing with it :/
Both of you see your PM's for a strategy that may help you.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
Beware getting the entire test complete does not show any new to you shops. I thought for sure there would be new ones... not at all.
True CanadaMommy. However one job near me will only be given to someone who has the highest level. I'd like to do it some time, so did all the levels.
There are shops in my area. I just can't apply for any of them even when they send out desperation emails. I try and it tells me my level isn't high enough.
I don't know about the specific test you asked about but what I have found on some of these tests is you carefully record the answers you gave, but don't realize when you take the test again, they have renumbered the questions. SO if you are writing down your answers, don't just list the number and the answer, use a keyword to make sure Question #1 is the same Question #1 you answered before.
You can do ALL of that but also realize some of the questions are questionable as to correct.....
and some of the info is not in ANY part of the training.

I am back to re doing step 2 after giving up on these a year ago. My question...does anyone know if the answer to the 2 questions regarding payment methods are keyed to where you live? So if I shop in US do I give the US answer or the Canada answer?
The advantage is being able to do certain jobs. I worked to get to level 7 so I could apply for restaurants. I did 8 of them in August--4 different chains.
You know what? I can't even pass step 1. I've tried like four times, and I swear I'm entering the answers that are on the orientation. It keeps saying I have 24 out of 25 correct, but I don't know which one I'm missing. helllp meee...

ETA that I've already done some work for them because the schedulers contact me when they want something. I like the company but I feel like there's an error in the test. Or maybe I just can't brain because I has the dumb...

I had a hard time with some of those levels. Here there are a couple of jobs that can't be applied for without the highest level.

I wrote down my answers then retook the test and changed one answer. That would prove whether that one answer was right or wrong. I would make note of that and retake the test and change one different answer. Then I would wait until the next day and do it two more times. I don't have any of those notes any more. And every level isn't that frustrating.
Managed to get through level 3 now I think. So far, most have been that frustrating. When I've finally gotten them right.. the ones that were wrong were stupid questions with ambiguous not quite right answers.
I think I might finally pass level 2 tonight but then I started to think about the jobs. For those of you who have done the restaurants and hotels for this msc, are they all the same deal as with the air and bus fares where they reimburse half? If so, what would be the advantage of taking one of their hotel shops (or restaurants) over any other company that reimburses all of your meal if you select carefully from the menu or your entire hotel bill. The only reason I can come up with is that their reports are far easier. Please tell me I am not knocking myself out on these steps to get half my bill paid and a long narrative filled report.
It's hard to know. I'm a Level 9 shopper (and, yes, it took months to pass all those tests.) They don't have a lot in my area, but I get everything I apply for. There have been NO shops open up that were not previously open. However, I used to get only some shops assigned. Whether that's because of the testing or whether there used to be someone else in the area who was preferred, I know not. If you're in an area with a lot of their shops, it certainly can't hurt.

ETA: They have one hotel here that was full reimbursement, but the others are partial (and I won't do that). Yes, their reports are FAR easier.

Some of the restaurant jobs only reimburse half. I took a few of those to get my foot in the door and because my husband really likes a particular chain. Another chain reimbursed enough that you could mostly eat what you wanted and spend little to no extra with a bit of careful ordering. A third I will categorize as a cafe--sandwiches, etc., but better than fast food. Those reimbursed the full meal and paid a fee of $15 too. Finally, there was a fast food chain. It paid $8 and full reimbursement. Another aspect of that one was a promotion of sorts. You had to buy a "card", which actually was on your phone and load it with $15. They paid the full $15 even if your meal was less. I spent around $10 or $11 on the two that I did, so now I have some credit left on my card for another visit on my own.

Some of the other restaurants only reimburse to a certain point AND require a minimum expenditure. I decided not to do those.

I have not applied for any of the hotels. So far, they are reimbursement only and it hasn't worked out that I needed one in the areas available.

I have also done a garden centre job for them that paid $10 and reimbursed up to $10 for a plant. They have some other jobs that pay a fee, such as visiting a local community service organization for $20. Haven't gotten one of those yet.

Hope this helps!

They have some restaurant jobs that are fully reimbursed up to a maximum. They have an occasional high end hotel job that is fully reimbursed and required the highest level to be able to apply. They have some retail shops that pay similar to other companies. They have some gym visits that don't require any out of pocket expense.
They don't have much in my area, but I like them.
I had forgotten I am Level 9 shopper. Yeah, I know about their tests, but don't sweat it. I got my first shop without passing the level. Now I don't find many choices. Most are reimbursements only and occasionally, some out of the ordinary shops come along, At least you know you have a fighting chance of getting them assigned to you, if you have achieved that level. Other than that, it is best to be signed up with more MSCs to give you some variety. Most SQM shops are posted months in advance. When they email some shops, for that month, they usually have been sitting there.
