Customer Service Profiles - By Invite Only?

From their website: CSP Service Central is available exclusively to those who have been invited to participate in a customer service evaluator program.

Do they have awesome shops that pay well and demand highly skilled contractors? I'm just wondering if they are a company that I should aim for?

500 mile searches from the middle of the east coast, of the west coast, and of the heartland yielded a total of thirty boring $15 shops.
