Kudos to Customer Service Experts, Inc. (CSE)

I just performed my first shop for CSE.

I received an email asking me to address a list of issues with my chronological narrative. Though I felt I had properly addressed everything listed, I made several revisions. I then received a second request to answer two questions. At this point I responded back by email and internally pointing out that those questions were contextually answered.

I was scored 10/10 after all of this.

I am impressed that the editor was professional enough to give me credit for doing a good job from the get go. I've dealt with editors from other companies that seem afraid to admit that they did not have to request revisions or additional information, resulting in points off I did not deserve.
