They're just an awful company that apparently hates their best shoppers.
I'm presuming that their best shoppers are those who self-assign shops the moment they appear on the job board, and who don't make them pay bonuses. Also, their best shoppers would be those who file honest and accurate reports without errors and immediately after completing the shop. So I don't think that they hate their best shoppers.
What I think they discourage are "professional shoppers." This MSC wants average shoppers, without bias. This MSC knows that shoppers who perform many shops during a given time period will develop a bias. This MSC uses statistical analysis to identify bias. Once your bias is identified, you will be removed from the client or deactivated altogether.
Let's say you have 1500 shops with Market Force, and are in good standing, and that you perform 150 shops per year, and have done so for 10 years. This would mean that your reports don't indicate any bias, which indicates that you may be shopping the same locations again and again, year after year, because you would presumeably get the same type of service at the same location.
Now say you perform 1200 shops for Market Force in a single year, or 100 per month. You will develop a bias, and you will be deactivated, everytime, because to do that many shops, you will have to visit many different locations and perform many different types of shops. Then you are more likely to run into very poor service. When you report numerous instances of poor service, the algorithm will identify it as being caused by a bias, and you will be deactivated.
So don't do too many shops in a month for this MSC, and you can last a long time with them.
