Instant Reply, Inc.

Do they have it together? I just applied with them and got an autoconfirm email; no password was asked of me when applying, or given in the generic email, so I can't log in. Not to mention the application was ridiculous--basically just your name and email and you're accepted. Makes me wonder if they're for real.

Do NOT shop for them. They do NOT have it together. See the negative feed back about them on this board. If you work with them, you will be stuck holding the bag.
Yes, the idiotic application process set off a red flag. I did read some of the experiences on past threads and a couple are identical to mine... since the last discussion was two or three years ago, I wondered if there was any more info on this (alleged) MSC. They seem pretty shady. I couldn't work with them even if I wanted to since there's no password for their system.

It is Instant Replay, not Reply. Do a search on the correct name and you will find several threads about their continued nonpayment and/or very delayed payments to shoppers. Both shoppers and former staff have law suits in progress, from what I hear.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
There are two different companies. One is indeed Instant Reply and the title of this thread is probably correct. [www.mysteryshopservices.com]
There is a totally different company called Instant-Replays which is a video shopping company. [instant-replays.net]

OP again. Yes, the title of this thread is correct; the first link is the company I was talking about.
