MS Phone Contact #s

I wish we could have a stickly thread with some hard to find contact phone numbers.

Right now I am a few hours into waiting for a response from MSI/Trendsource about a job that needs to be done within the hour. I have messaged twice stating that I needed a response within X amount of time ...sigh.

I was looking for a phone number for an Intellishop scheduler this last weekend. Some kind of directory would really help.

Yes, very frustrating.

I like the work from MSI and they pay quickly, just hate the waiting.

I usually put time requirements in the shop request but that does't seem to matter, they usually don't respond in time for same day shops.

They never did answer me so I finally just cancelled the messages/help request but the shop request itself has no way for me to cancel that so they will probably assign it and I will have to refuse it ... grr.
