Have things changed since I stopped working with this company? Can you no longer print out a copy of the report to be completed at the end of the shop? I always printed a copy of the report and immediately filled it out (when I got back to my car) when I had completed the shop. That way, I had my hand-written copy and the completed report copy stapled together, with notation of mileage on the completed copy, along with the date of the shop.
