I signed up with them last year. I applied for a shop and did not realize that it had been auto assigned. I sent them a message and an email, in return I was given a 1. Now I do not qualify for any shops. If I apply they just ignore me. I am a good shopper, they have clients I want to shop. They have shops sitting, and someone willing to do them. Wish someone there would communicate with me.

Try calling them and explain you did not understand auto assign. I wish they had more shops in my area. You can only so so many oil changes on your car. smiling smiley
OP, you say that you signed up with them a year ago. Is that when you unknowingly auto-assigned yourself a shop? Or was the self-assign a recent thing? If it was indeed a year ago, why didn't you contact them then? Now it is way too late.
It was a year ago. I contacted them right away, once I realized the problem. It wasn't labeled as an auto assign as far as I remember. It was an email shop for a new car purchase. It was the middle of the month, the original date options allowed several future dates.

I'll try contacting them again. Thanks for the suggestion
