Mystery shoppers sign Independent Contractor Agreements (ICA) when we register with companies. Those ICAs include a confidentiality agreement, in which we agree not to reveal the names of the company's clients or any proprietary information. It is also against our forum's guidelines to reveal the clients of companies.
Jancyn is a great company. I have shopped with them since 2008. They will contact you if they need further information about your shop or if there was a problem with your report. No news is good news. If you hear nothing, your report is acceptable and you will be paid. I wish they had more shops in my area.
