I completed a shop at a local Big Box store. I heard nothing from them about the shop until I received an email stating that my shop was being rejected because I did not respond to their numerous requests for additional information. Really? I never received an email or phone call requesting any additional information and despite writing to the person who sent me the email as well as the scheduler, I have still not received an answer. I am really ticked. It was an $18 shop and I have completed a number of shops for Sentry previously and never had any problem like this one.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
