Can't get paid from Sentry

anyone else have this issue???they tell you you to go to bill.com but don't sign up for a new account, you should have one.

Well, i don't...takes THREE EMAILS to get them to send an "invitation" for bill.com

So finally, I am able to sign up for this, but of course my payments for shop already done is not there!

How frustrating is this??

Now I have two shop I will probably NEVER EVER get paid for...just FYI for anyone else considering this company. My advice would be, stay away or at least make sure you bill.com account is already set up.

They pay on time. Was your shop from the metrics or prophet site? When did you perform the shop? If you just set the bill.com account up then there is no way any payment could have already been posted.

I think you are jumping to conclusions....they may be mailing a paper check since you did not have an active bill.com account or the payment will just be delayed. They sent me an invitation without being asked...it may have gone to your spam folder and you just deleted it previously.

It's been a long time since I've shopped for them, but I got my check for a shop in February in late May. I believe it was before the bill.com stuff got started. Communicate with them, they will pay you, I'm sure.

I signed up with bill.com. I thought everything was all set. When I checked my email this morning, I have an email form bill.com saying they processed my invoice and that my check is on it's way. I did put in my bank information to be paid by direct deposit. From the amount of the invoice, they took out the $2 check processing fee. Has this happened to anyone else?

It appears as if your account is not yet setup to receive direct deposit. This is the reason that payment for your assignment was processed by check.

I am set up with Bill.com. Nothing is showing on my account, although I was told that the payments would be processed today. I am assuming I will be receiving a check. #confused#
So it says my payment is on bills.com - does that mean I have to jump through a ring of fire to get it? #CONFUSED
when i set up bill.com...they made a 1 cent deposit into my account to verify it....if that is not in your account the verification did not work...

I've only done one shop for Sentry at this point. I got an email suggesting I sign up for something, but with just the one shop and it being a low paying one, I opted not to sign up. Actually, I think they wanted me to do direct deposit. I assume I'll be getting a check in the mail. It was a June shop so am just waiting for the payout time to see what happens.
I only do shops on the prophet site. I just received a check, in full, for a May 1st shop. I completed the bill.com registration a few weeks ago.

It hasn't happened to me yet but my bill.com account said check a few days ago but they deposited a penny to my account so I guess its set up. I sure hope so I don't want to have to email them. smiling smiley
