Update: I received payment through bill.com in the amount of .01. Is anyone else having problems with payment today?

$0.01 is usually the amount of a test deposit. Have you gotten paid by Ath Power and Bill.com before? Bill.com always sends me an email telling me that they are paying me on behalf of Ath Power. I have not gotten the email for the July payment yet. Over the past 2 years, I have gotten emails as early as the 4th of the month, and as late the 12th of a month. Due to July 4th, the July emails tend to be among the later ones.

I did a shop on 05/04/15. On 07/02/15 my shop log said I was payed on 07/10/15. I am confused but I am sure I will get payed. I don't worry about it. Sooner or later the pay check shows up.

Thanks for replying. I've never seen the "test" deposit before and ath has always been on time and even early in the past...now I understand. Thanks again.

Did you change the bank account recently? If so, they have to verify the information by sending a test deposit. If it is indeed a test deposit, you often have to go to a web site and tell them the amount which appeared in your account. It is not always $0.01, but is always fairly small. You also need to know the date of the deposit.

Still nothing from them even a notification on the 13th of anything pending. I'm getting annoyed. The holiday they keep bling the delay on was almost 10 days ago

I know. The other MSC I work for didn't have any problems with the holiday and paying me. They were all right on time. I was counting on this money to pay my rent.

Supposedly they sent to bill.com but nothing is pending. And then it takes another day or so to hit my checking account. And no communication from them either. Not cool

I e-mailed ath. Received this reply. Pay was delayed due to a technical issue with Bill.com, our shopper pay vendor. Our VP is working with them today to resolve this issue. As soon as she responds back to me, I will let you know.

This is the messages I received on the 10th.

"Pay is being released by our VP late this run due to the holiday"

So which is it, the holiday or a problem with Bill.com? And maybe if the VP would have been more concerned with their shoppers than their own holiday, the problem could have been dealt with in a more timely manner.

Yes, I haven't been paid yet either...They owe me 60.00. I am still waiting...I will email every day until I get my cash, as I have already waited two months for payment.

Anyone paid yet?

Ive done two shops this years for Ath and have been paid within six weeks. The last shop was 4/30 and I was paid 6/11

I was just going to ask the same question. I am supposed to be getting a paper check as it is my first paycheck from ath. I'm a little wary of signing up with bill.com as I think they charge you to transfer your money. Paypal doesn't charge to transfer money to your bank. Anyway I digress. This check is for $40 but I did a lot of shops in june which add up to a couple hundred. From what I'm seeing here, is it safe to say I'll get paid eventually?

I am not aware of any shopper NOT getting paid for accepted work. It was certainly the 'slower than Christmas' aspect that had me stop working with them a bunch of years ago.

Thank you, Flash. I like the schedulers and they have some shops I like so as long as I get paid I'll keep shopping. For now.

I have shopped for ATH for several years now. I got paid for May on 7/10. I use bill.com and have never had a problem. I suggest to those who don't trust this type of service to open a savings account at your bank and have all payments sent to that account. Keep this account for your business only. I keep all of my accounts separate from Mystery shopping. You can make your own transfers to your regular account when you want.

There is no charge for Bill.com. Not on your end.

I've been shopping for Ath for four years and have only ever received a paper paycheck. Is this bill.com payment method new for Ath, or have I just missed something along the way? Are there any benefits to using it over a paper check?

I believe Ath pays on the 10th of the month, 2 months after the shop. So Jun 1 to 30 shops will be paid Aug 10.

Bill.com has been in place for about 2 years. That is just a guess, but it has been some time and since it works flawlessly with Ath Power I am not going to go back and open old spreadsheets unless someone really wants to know. Bill.com will pay by check, but I let them do direct deposit. No fuss, no muss, and faster.

I got my check in the mail this morning. I also got a response to my email inquiry this morning that I sent out last night! I hope everyone else received their money.
