Ritter Associates is now Alta360 Research

I just logged on to the Ritter Associates website and the page redirected to one explaining that they have now changed their name top Alta360 Research. After 15 seconds, it further redirects to: [www.alta360research.com] the good news is that my old username and password worked fine, and other than a new logo in the upper left, the rest of the site looks the same.

I just signed into their shop metrics site and it's still the same as before. Even the logo.

I got the email, logged in, signed my new ICA but no changes yet. I have 15 existing assignments with them so maybe it won't change until all of those reports have been submitted.
Of course more has changed than just the name. They've lowered their fees in order to pay for that expensive new logo.

Absolutely not true. Their fees can't possible be any lower.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
I just logged on and was asked to 'sign' a new ICA that had the new name. After doing that, it directed me a website that had Ritter and Shopmetrics in the address. The webpage still had Ritter for the name. Yes, I got the email earlier today that announced the name change.

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut

I've seen lower with another MSC that switched names. All of my Ritter shops are in the double-digit range. You have to let them sit on the board and watch the fees go up. I think all the newbies must be on summer vacation.

Not around here. They're down to $8 for their remaining gas jobs, and they're selling them, too.
People are cray cray.

In my area they start a popular convenience store at 6.50. Thats downright insulting.
It's sad that no one understands humor anymore.

This post is not related to Ritter or whatever their new name is but it is relevant to the side topic of low-paying shops. A threesome of MSCs merged into one company in 2014. Now the FF menu board shops pay $5.00 plus $1.00 reimbursement for a required purchase whereas they used to pay $11.00 plus the same reimbursement. I would take a string of them when they paid $11.00. Since I don't eat the traditional FF, I would just buy a little side salad or a drink which was still always more than $1.00.

I have been deleting the emails without even opening them but just yesterday, I checked the board expecting to see a bunch of them still sitting there. But no, probably 85% - 90% are gone and the price is still showing only $5.00 for the remaining hard-to-fill locations. It is amazing!
I received the same message about the change of name but I still did not see any shops in my area.
I haven't signed in since the name change has occurred, but I did have an issue with a shop where I this time around I had to list more detail than I had done in the past. I performed the same shop at a different location the week before, and between the last two weeks, the editing has changed slightly. I don't have an issue with it, but it just struck me as something different occurring.
@bgriffin Was that a challenge lol

I agree completely, Sybil! I used to make routes of those shops when they were $11 too. One time, a new round came out in the middle of the night, and I just happened to check the site at that time, right after I finished entering reports for some other shops. So I was able to grab basically all of the ones in my region, which was a big deal because there were a lot of shoppers in the area I used to live in. I was so excited! Haha. I miss those shops! But I agree, the $5 pay on the new shops is insulting, and the ones in my area get taken quickly too. Maybe the shoppers who are taking them worked for one of the other two companies in the merger but not the one that used to have these, so they don't know what they're missing...? I don't know, very odd.

Happily shopping the Pacific Northwest. Shopping since 2013 smiling smiley
