Updated Information for A Top Shop Mystery Shopping Company and Others

The A Top Shop Mystery Shopping Company has now been purchased and become iSecret Shop Mystery Shopping Corporation. The main website is [isecretshop.com] and the shopper agent website is [isecretshop.com].

I was able to log in with my A Top Shop log-ins and then update all my profile information. Also make sure to update your shopper profile on the Profile Details tab.

Also make sure to update your shopper contracts with other shopping companies on the Contracts tab. I found 25 other mystery shopping companies listed in their Shopper Portal.

They also have a training website for certifications called ISS Prep at [issprep.com] and an app available in iTunes and Google Play for your smartphone.

iSecretShop isn't a mystery shopping company, it is a platform like Sassie or Prophet. My understanding is A Top Shop was purchased by Mystery Shopper Services (formerly Business Evaluation Services). In looking at the app, I don't even see A Top Shop listed as one of the contracts I've signed or any of those available to be signed. In fact, it looks like the payment history has been updated to read Mystery Shopper Services paid me for work when A Top Shop was still a separate entity.

My question was probably poorly worded. By the way she said she would answer questions it sounds as if she is representing them in some way. My question was an attempt to get her to tell us. I guess it doesn't matter anyway since she hasn't been back to answer the question...lol

This is correct, iSecret Shop is NOT a mystery shopping company and does not purchase any other mystery shopping companies. Also this person does not work for iSS so not sure where this incorrect info is coming from.

Hopefully iSS will listen to Shoppers and fix their truncated guidelines on their mobile app. So many Shoppers are finding it difficult to get the full guidelines. iSS says they are not responsible and to go to the MSC for the guidelines...but guess what? You try to log in under the MSC old website link and it hijacks Shopper right back to the iSS website. Then you email the Scheduler and wait, and wait. Sometimes you get lucky and the Scheduler won't tell you that you have to get the guidelines for either iSS or the MSC website...click...hijacked again...round and round...WASTE OF TIME! i Secret Shop fix your mobile app and website! We need the guidelines!
Truly bizarre. You would think the "Questions? Click Here" link would go to a scheduler.
